Mirko Töpfer

Prior to joining, Mirko worked as a Venture Developer at Berlin based fin-tech LegalOne. He also worked at a German law firm where he was focused on capital markets and corporate M&A transactions, and a leading US law firm with focus on Private Equity M&A. Together with the Howden M&A team, he works on the W&I placement process on a broad array of transactions across all industries. Mirko obtained his Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin. Outside of work, Mirko enjoys family time and any kind of sports. He is fluent in German and English.
