Prior to joining Howden M&A, Mélanie Chailloleau began her career as a lawyer in New York and in Paris at McDermott Will & Emery, where she focused on M&A transactions both in France and internationally, before joining the Corporate/M&A department of Gide Loyrette Nouel.
