Mateusz Grzybicki

Mateusz is a Senior Associate at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Mateusz was employed as a lawyer at GESSEL and EY Law and advised clients on corporate law, intellectual property, IT, and data protection. At Howden M&A, Mateusz specializes in W&I insurance in the CEE region in M&A and real estate transactions. Mateusz has a MA in Law and interdisciplinary studies from University of Warsaw and he is a qualified attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association. Mateusz is fluent in Polish and English.
