Mark McGarry

Mark is an Associate Director in the Howden M&A Tax team. Prior to joining, Mark worked at PwC Ireland where he advised US, Irish and other multinationals on a range of international tax matters. Mark primarily focuses on specific tax risk insurance for PE funds and other operational businesses, while also providing tax insurance solutions for M&A transactions. Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor and holds a Business and Law degree from University College Dublin. Outside of work Mark is an avid golfer and wine enthusiast.
