Malgorzata is an Associate Director at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Ma?gorzata worked at Baker Mckenzie and CMS where she focused on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring. At Howden M&A, Ma?gorzata specializes in W&I insurance in CEE region in M&A and real estate transactions. Ma?gorzata has a MA in Law from University of Warsaw and was admitted to the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors . She also completed studies at Centre for the Study of English and European Law. Ma?gorzata is fluent in Polish and English. Outside of work Ma?gorzata enjoys travelling, reading and sports.
