Kate Pearson

Kate joined Howden as an Associate Director in the Tax and Contingent Risk team. Prior to joining, Kate was in a front office structuring team at Barclays, developing and executing complex cross-border transactions across a range of asset classes. Kate also held M&A tax roles at both Barclays and Deloitte, and is a qualified solicitor and barrister in New Zealand. At Howden, she will focus on driving new initiatives, particularly in the banking and hedge fund sectors.
