Karolina Olko

Prior to joining Howden, Karolina worked for leading international law firms including Greenberg Traurig, where she acted for both Polish and international clients, including investment funds, developers and banks, on real estate sales and acquisitions and related restructurings as well as corporate matters including joint ventures. Karolina is a qualified Attorney of Law (Radca Prawny) admitted to the Warsaw Bar of Attorneys of Law, and holds a MA in Law from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She also completed postgraduate diploma in Competition Law at The Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. At Howden M&A, Karolina advises on the placement of title and legal indemnity insurance policies on Real Estate and M&A transactions across continental Europe and in particular in CEE. Outside of work Karolina enjoys baking and active pursuits including running, hiking and travelling.
