Jodie Bradshaw

Jodie is an Associate Director in the Howden M&A Tax team. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Jodie qualified as a lawyer at CMS and more recently worked as a Tax lawyer at Reed Smith where she advised on a broad range of UK and international tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate, real estate and finance. At Howden M&A, Jodie primarily focuses on specific tax risk insurance for PE funds and other operational businesses, whilst also providing tax insurance solutions for M&A transactions. Jodie has an LLB from the University of Exeter, and outside of work enjoys taking European city breaks and skiing.
