Joanna Grala

Joanna advises on the placement of W&I insurance policies in M&A and real properties transactions across the CEE region. Before joining Howden M&A, Joanna worked for a leading Polish developer and in international law firms including Dentons, where she focused on real estate transactions involving asset and share deals and JV investments.
Prior to joining us, Joanna worked for a leading Polish developer and in international law firms including Dentons, where she focused on real estate transactions involving asset and share deals and JV investments. Joanna holds an MA in Law from the University of Warsaw as well as an MA in Finance and Accounting from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Before her master’ degrees, Joanna graduated from the American Law Centre. At Howden M&A, Joanna is based in the Warsaw office of the CEE team and advises on the placement of W&I insurance policies in M&A and real properties transactions across the CEE region. She is fluent in Polish and English. Outside of work, Joanna enjoys travelling and is a paddle tennis and skiing enthusiast.
