Jannik Hermes

Jannik is a Senior Associate at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Jannik worked at a leading German law firm where he was focused on capital markets and cross-border M&A transactions with a special focus on Chinese deals. At Howden M&A, Jannik is part of the DACH team and works on the W&I placement process on a broad array of transactions across all industries. Before obtaining his master degree in law from the University of Kassel, Jannik spent 18 months in the People’s Republic of China for studying Chinese. Outside of work, Jannik loves to travel and enjoys food and various kinds of sports. He is fluent in German, English and Chinese.
