Jack O'Neill

Jack is an Associate at Howden M&A and a solicitor qualified in England & Wales. Jack joined from Clyde & Co where he worked in private practice, specialising in insurance disputes and representing his clients as defence and coverage counsel in respect of financial lines claims. He has also completed secondments in-house at Zurich and Liberty, working as an insurance claims handler across a range of insurance sectors. At Howden M&A, Jack works on the W&I placement process on a broad array of both real estate and operational transactions across the UK and Europe.
