Hui Ling has more than 16 years of legal and insurance experience, advising leading international private equity and corporate investors as their legal adviser on their cross-border M&A transactions as well as putting in place various transaction risk insurance solutions. She practised as an M&A lawyer in leading law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong before making the move into transaction solutions. Prior to joining Howden, Hui Ling headed up the Asia practice of a Specialty MGA subsequent to leading the team in a preeminent global insurance broker.
