Guy Wilmot

Guy is a Director in the Howden M&A team, with a focus on client origination and client management across the private equity and corporate sectors. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Guy trained and qualified as a solicitor in the London office of Eversheds Sutherland, where he specialised in non-contentious insolvency, restructurings and general finance. He subsequently spent four years in the legal, compliance and regulatory practice of a global leadership consulting firm. Guy holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of Exeter.
