Giulia Malusa

Giulia is an Executive Director at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Giulia worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Milan) and, before that, at BonelliErede, where she focused on corporate M&A and private equity transactions. At Howden M&A, Giulia leads the Italian business utilising her experience as an M&A attorney to advise clients on M&A insurance, structuring solutions for their transactions. Giulia holds a law degree from Bocconi University in Milan and an LLM master degree from the London School of Economics. She is fluent in Italian and English. Outside of work Giulia enjoys travelling, reading and enjoying a nice glass of wine.
