Gauthier Drion

Gauthier is an Executive Director at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Gauthier worked as a corporate M&A lawyer at Stibbe in Brussels. At Howden M&A, Gauthier works in the Benelux team where he advises clients with regard to the provision of a range of M&A insurance products, including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) and specific identified risk insurance. Gauthier has a LL.B. from Université Saint-Louis and a Masters in Law degree from Université catholique de Louvain, and is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
