Frederik Veldhuijzen

Frederik is a Non-Executive Director at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Frederik worked at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek where he focussed primarily on national and cross-border private equity transactions. At Howden M&A Frederik leads our Benelux business, utilising his experience as an M&A attorney to advise clients on M&A insurance (structuring) solutions for their transactions. Frederik has a Masters of Law degree from the University of Utrecht and is fluent in Dutch and English.
