Drew Wardrope

Drew is the Head of Howden M&A, Europe’s leading M&A insurance broker with a team of almost 100 M&A experts based across 11 European jurisdiction. As head of the team Drew is ultimately responsible for ensuring that Howden M&A continues to set the gold standard when it comes to the placement of M&A insurance. Drew has led the placement on a number of the largest and most complex tax risk insurance policies placed in the European market. Prior to joining Howden, was a Director at Barclays Bank working on Barclays’ proprietary M&A transactions. Drew is a chartered accountant. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family and running and cycling.
