Declan Cunningham

Declan is an Associate Director and Head of Ireland at Howden M&A. Declan has over 10 years experience working as a corporate lawyer in a number of tier 1 law firms in Dublin and is dual qualified in both Ireland and the UK. At Howden M&A, Declan focuses on W&I insurance on M&A transactions that have an Irish angle e.g. involve Irish clients or target companies. Outside of work Declan enjoys boxing and barbequing.
