David Newnham

Prior to joining Howden M&A, David worked at Kingsley Napley LLP where he practised as a commercial Real Estate lawyer. During his time as a lawyer, David advised clients nationally on all aspects of Real Estate transactions with a focus on the development, investment and financing of commercial Real Estate. At Howden M&A, David advises on the placement of title and legal indemnity insurance policies on Real Estate transactions across the UK and continental Europe. David has an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Southampton. Outside of work David enjoys active pursuits including, touch rugby, skiing and travelling.
