Carl is a Director and Head of Nordics at Howden M&A. Carl has over 8 years of experience working as a corporate lawyer in Sweden at tier 1 law firms advising on both public and private, domestic and international transactions across a wide array of industry sectors. Carl holds a Master of Laws from Stockholm university and a Master of Science in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Carl speaks fluent English and Swedish.
