Adrian Chai

Based in Singapore, Adrian leads the W&I insurance practice in Asia and the Southeast Asia practice for M&A. Adrian has spent seven years in the M&A insurance solutions space having held Asia-wide leadership roles at other established broking firms, and has extensive experience in advising clients across Asia on structuring and negotiating W&I insurance policies, as well as other insurance solutions addressing deal-related risk. Adrian has been at the forefront of developing W&I insurance in Asia and the deployment of W&I insurance in innovative and novel ways. Prior to insurance broking, Adrian was a private practice M&A lawyer. Adrian read law at the University of Nottingham and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn.
