How the process works
The claims department acts as an interface between the customer and the insurer in the event of an insurance claim. Staffed exclusively by specialist lawyers, we have all the insurance law expertise you will ever need.

Alternatively, you can download the Manager SOS App from the Apple or Google Play app stores and use that to connect directly with our panel of specialist law firms – the app will send you the first available lawyer, to get someone to support you promptly.
The SOS app also provides valuable advice on what to do whilst you wait for your lawyer.

Even though we as insurance brokers do not settle claims ourselves, our advice and support in the during the claims process benefit clients in many ways.
We conduct an initial telephone consultation, explain the procedures and agree on which documents are required for a well-founded claim report to the insurer. In doing so, we always keep potential insurance law problems in mind.
hendricks GmbH writes its own insurance terms and conditions and has them underwritten by the respective insurers. Due to this, all of our employees have a very high level of expertise.
The claims department is staffed exclusively by lawyers.
