For all motor & e-bike claims, the following information will also be required:

Confirmation of vehicle ownership, including a copy of the vehicle’s registration papers
Confirmation of the delivery details where the vehicle was being used for a delivery at the time of the incident
Copy of the driver’s license
Copy of work visa (if applicable)
Towing/storage details
