Scott has 16 years’ experience working within the health and safety and fire sectors across financial services, the NHS, and as a consultant for a large national health and safety consultancy. During his time as a consultant, Scott worked extensively with not-for-profit organisations, as well as with independent schools, multi academy trusts and private finance initiative schools. Scott works across Endsleigh’s not-for-profit and education sectors heading up the organisation’s flexible, tailored approach to risk management solutions.
Richard leads CAF Bank’s Charity Lending team. He is dedicated to providing a first-class lending service for charities and housing associations, so they can support their beneficiaries further. His previous experience spans banking and educational finance, through a range of roles including commercial banking, branch and relationship management. Since joining CAF Bank in 2012, Richard has overseen the evolution and growth of CAF Bank's lending offering, working with a range of innovative and inspiring organisations to help them achieve their goal.
An accountant by qualification, Laurence has spent the last 15 years in business and product development within the health and safety arena. Laurence is passionate about delivering long term, fit for purpose/bespoke solutions to clients and prides himself on still working with clients he originally signed up when he first started! In his spare time Laurence enjoys the gym and attending rugby, football and cricket fixtures.
