Howden announces strategic partnership with Auxillis to enhance services for Commercial and SME clients

Howden’s Corporate & Commercial team is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Auxillis, a premier provider of accident management services. This collaboration aims to deliver enhanced support and innovative solutions to Commercial and SME clients, ensuring a seamless experience in the event of a motor incident.

The partnership with Auxillis will enable Howden to offer a comprehensive suite of accident management services on non-fault claims, including vehicle recovery, repair management, and replacement vehicles. This initiative is part of Howden's ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

With nearly half of Howden’s clients' commercial motor claims being non-fault, our new service with Auxillis will provide more support than ever before in pursuing the at-fault party from day one - keeping our customers on the road without the worries and delays associated with trying to claim direct from another party or wondering when costs will be recovered.

Combining this new service with our new Claims Support Pack and online resource hub, we are confident Howden is providing market-leading claims support, before, during and after any claim.

The partnership is set to launch on 3 February 2025, with both companies working closely to integrate their services and deliver a unified solution to clients.
