Mini Audit
The Mini HR audit is a complete review into a business’s HR capabilities and where necessary, providing recommendations to improve them. The ‘Mini HR audit’ is undertaken by one of our specialist HR consultants and covers key aspects of your HR procedures. We will provide a personalised report which highlight gaps in a range of HR areas. It will also include recommendations and a timeline of suggested actions and explains how we can support you with those actions.
The ‘Mini HR audit’ is included as part of our ‘Perform HR’ package or can be provided as a separate standalone service for £750 + VAT.
