  • Initial workshop

  • Request for proposal

    We prepare an anonymised request for proposal, setting out your membership profile, scheme design and requirements. This is shared with a longlist of suitable providers identified through our research.

  • Provider shortlist

    We assess responses and produce a clear report with a recommended shortlist, typically two to four providers. This includes provider capabilities across key areas (weighted to your priorities), our wider experience of working with each provider, and how well each provider fits your needs and objectives. We present and discuss the shortlist with you, showing clearly how the recommendations were reached and allowing you to test different scenarios and weightings.

  • Final selection and transition
