Clarity from BW is now known as Clarity From Howden. Your existing access remains as normal, ensuring our tools continue to play a vital role in your day-to-day operations. Our tools may see their name and appearance change over time, but we'll let you know if this is the case.

Information for pension scheme members

Our services and support for pension scheme members continues uninterrupted, so you don't need to do anything. The change to Howden won’t affect your pension benefits and you’ll still get the same personal service you value and trust. If you’re currently receiving a pension, this won’t be affected and will continue to be paid to you in the same way.

Please note that any documents you’re used to receiving from Barnett Waddingham will now come from Howden. Access to your account online will still come via Pension self-service.
