INSURANCE FOR PSYCHOLOGISTS

Members of the British Psychological Society (BPS) can choose an indemnity limit of £1,500,000, £3,000,000 or £5,000,000.  If you’re not a member of the British Psychological Society, please call us to discuss your needs.

Should the BPS or HPC proceed with a disciplinary hearing, the policy will provide cover for legal defence costs up to the level of indemnity you’ve chosen.  In addition, the insurer will pay compensation for your costs from attending a hearing (up to £500 per day).

The policy will also cover civil liability claims arising from the provision of training or supervision.
