We run the group in an entrepreneurial manner. Rather than integrating acquired businesses into a 'one size fits all' model, we encourage autonomy and incentivise with equity. We have a successful record of acquiring owner-managed businesses and providing an environment in which they can flourish.
Our scope is international and many of our successful corporate ventures are based in overseas territories including Scandinavia, Continental Europe, India and Australia.
